The Good Guys in Orange and Black are Against the Wall

I have not posted since the SF Giants headed to New York to play the Wild Card game. That game turned out very well for the Giants. In fact the club has looked very good over the last five games. Why are they down 0-2? The Chicago Cubs have played better.

Baseball is not a complicated. The Chicago Cubs have played better, just a little better in game one of the series and significantly better last night in game two.

It's never ideal to be down in a series. Giants fans can take a smidgen of consolation knowing that in 2014 they were in the same position and came back to win three in a row. Will this happen again? The odds say no. Fans don't care about odds. True fans think their team is in it until the 27th out of the final game.

Here is a link to watch Gregor Blanco's hit that drove in the Giants first run last night. To watch the video courtesy of MLB.com click HERE.

Jake Arrieta goes against Madison Bumgarner in San Francisco, Monday night at 6:30 PST.

Go Bumgarner! Go Giants!!!
